Pittsburgh Steelers will take over the defending champions New England Patriots in the 2019 NFL regular season. While the Steelers team have lost few of its main players, they are ready for the fight with the new ones. Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell has left the Steelers and it has changed the entire team.
JuJu Smith-Schuster has taken the No. 1 spot of wide receiver and is doing great. James Conner and Ben Rothlisberger are also there to support the Steelers and give everyone a tough fight. Sunday night football at Gillette Stadium is going to be one hell of a ride as the Steelers vs. Patriots game unfolds. Here are the takeovers and touchdown predictions for the Steelers in their game against the Patriots.
Turnovers for Pittsburgh Defense
It will be a tough job to go against Tom Brady and his team but the Steelers offensive side are ready for a challenge. Bush and other Steelers will give a tough fight and Brady can’t stop everyone. There might be a few fumbles and missed throw from the Patriots which is enough for the Pittsburgh side. At the end of the game, the Steelers would have managed at least three successful turnovers.
Touchdowns for JuJu Smith
JuJu Smith-Schuster has been stepping up from his game and is ready to take the place of Antonio Brown as the wide receiver for the Steelers. Fans on social media have high expectations from Smith-Schuster and Week 1 will finally prove his worth to the team. New England have a great defensive side, but JuJu Smith can break it and rush for 150 yards and make two touchdowns.
That's a night for Ben Roethlisberger, who in 19 snaps went 8-of-13 with 63 yards and a 17-yard touchdown to JuJu Smith-Schuster. Steelers offense had a few mistimed passing plays on the first two drives but looked at ease on the final drive as receivers got open pretty easily.

I enjoy those draft evaluator algorithms that give failing grades to teams starting Davante Adams, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Stefon Diggs, and Brandin Cooks. Because, see, the RBs.

In his first 2019 action, Ben Roethlisberger hit on a deep post to JuJu Smith-Schuster for a touchdown that looked like mid-season form. 🎥🎥🎥https://t.co/9mOH18ZHLY pic.twitter.com/eCuXHC6EXK

Steelers prove their Worth
Ever since the Pittsburgh Steelers lost their two B’s in the form of Brown and Bell, expectations in league table have fallen for them. AFC division has a high competition and it won’t be easy for the Steelers to come out on top. Big Ben and team can defeat the defending champion Patriots and start the Week 1 with a bang. It will be enough to prove everyone that Steelers are the serious contender for the next title.
