The Jacksonville Jaguars are not looking to trade Jalen Ramsey despite accepting his request to move out of the team. The Jags owner Shad Khan has been saying with confidence that he plans to keep the Pro Bowler cornerback in the team. Ramsey asked for a trade out when they lost in NFL Week 2 game against the Houston Texans with just 1 point.

The corner got in a fight with the Jaguars coach Doug Marrone after the game and requested a trade the next day via his agent. As per the NFL rumors, the team of Philadelphia Eagles has offered two first-round picks for Ramsey but the Jaguars side have rejected the offer. It could be a bit of trouble for the Eagles as they needed Ramsey to recover in the 2019 NFL season.
Jaguars Owner Shad Khan on Jalen Ramsey Trade Deal
Shad Khan, the owner of Jacksonville Jaguars shared his input on the whole Jalen Ramsey trade deal situation. The businessman in an interview told that he has met with Ramsey and plans to keep in him in Duval County. Khan also said that he has very good relations with Jalen Ramsey and the cornerback can help the Jaguars team in every way possible.
The main reason why the Jaguars were ready to trade Ramsey at one point was they thought they will tank without Nick Foles as their starting quarterback. But in his absence due to injuries, Gardner Minshew did an amazing job and having Ramsey back will be better for the Jaguars team.
Eagles needs Jalen Ramsey Badly
The Eagles are having a tough phase as they lost two back to back games in the 2019 NFL season. Despite somehow beating the Green Bay Packers in the Week 4 game, the teams still need someone to handle their defense.
Another reason why the Eagles need Jalen Ramsey badly is because of injuries to Ronald Darby (hamstring), Sidney Jones (hamstring) and Avonte Maddox (neck/concussion). The road to Super Bowl 2020 is already tough and without Jalen Ramsey, the Eagles will hardly make it to the end.
