The subs were released at a slower pace—46 episodes throughout the year, or just 3–4 episodes per month. So you can see clearly that One Piece Dub is being released at a very fast pace.
The 131-episode difference between the episode formats doesn’t sound significant due to the fast pace of the dub release.

If the current rate of subs and dubs remains constant, then we can expect that dubs will reach episode 1070 by 2023’s end. Due to the slow pace, the sub wouldn’t go past episode 1093. So by January/February 2024, fans can surely expect One Piece English Dubs to release simultaneously with Subs.
