One Punch Man returned in an epic manner on 2nd April but many fans have been wondering if we would see a third season of the One Punch Man anime.
It might be way too early to discuss a renewability possibility but we all have to agree that a season of 12 episodes won’t really last very long. That’s why we should discuss another season right now. To summarise it down, we believe that the third season for One Punch Man will happen due to a few reasons.

One-Punch Man Season 3 Story So Far
The most significant reason which hints at the possibility of the original manga renewal is the continued serialization. The most recent volume, the number 19 one, came out on April 4 this year, which happens to be a couple of days post the season two premiere. This means that One Punch Man manga is ahead of anime at the moment. There is enough source material for an anime adaptation and the author adds more volumes to it.
Talking about the reception received by the second season of One Punch Man anime from viewers and critics, the current season has a score of 7.98 out of 10 out of the 17,000 on MyAnimeList, which is somewhat less if compared to the first season. However, the second season has been appreciated by most of the audience.
One-Punch Man Season 3: Reception
The last point we’d like to discuss is the DVD sales of One Punch Man as this directly affects the probability of one more season. For now, this date isn’t available as the second season is currently still in. However, once we the date required, we will update you guys. Till then, we are sure that the DVD sales of the second season of One Punch Man anime will be absolutely perfect.
Given all data we have forecasted for One Punch Man, we believe that the series has a good chance of having a third season return. Frankly speaking, it should be not long when JC Staff starts One Punch Man for one more round. Soon as the fans get the renewal news, the article will be updated. Stay tuned for more.
One Punch Man: Plot
The story centers around a bald guy in his twenties who can defeat anyone by just one punch (hence the name of the anime). He’s known as Saitama, living in Z-city. Many monsters attack the Z-city on a regular basis, as a result of which, heroes are trying their best to protect everyone against various threats.
Saitama, however, is dying of being bored. He cannot come across someone whom he can defeat who may have an opportunity to defeat him. He wanted to become a hero since his childhood.
Thanks to Genos, he gets to know about the Hero Association. This helps him become a legit fighter and also comes across many superheroes here.
