OnePlus 7 is set to be released somewhere around the middle of 2019. We can expect the OnePlus 7 to be released in either May or June. This is because the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 3 were launched in June.
While OnePlus 6 arrived in May 2018. We can see the rumor mills turning faster as we approach the new smartphone season of the year. There is a lot of expectation from OnePlus 7 by everyone.
OnePlus 7 Expected Features
We can expect the OnePlus 7 to be powered by the newest chip from Qualcomm. This phone is expected to have 8GB of RAM. We might finally see OnePlus move on from their FHD displays to 2k or even 4k displays as batteries have improved significantly over the years.
It will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 which was only recently announced. We might see the end of the notch in this smartphone. We might even see something like a front camera which is under the display in the upcoming OnePlus 7. However, it is very unlikely that something like this will actually happen, we can dream.
OnePlus 7 Pricing
Ever since the OnePlus One, the company has been increasing the price gradually. The OnePlus 6T started at $549. We are expecting the OnePlus 7 price to start around the same range.
However, as the company’s history goes with the price increase, we might see an even more expensive label than that of the OnePlus 6T. We believe that the company has been keeping up with some of the premium devices as their prices have been crossing the $1000 price tag since some years now.
