Aqua and Ruby are all grown-ups in Episode 2. Aqua has one clear mission-punish the person who murdered his mother. Ruby, on the other hand, desires to be an idol. Episode 2 mainly focused on their new lives. A few other characters were introduced, including Saitou Ichigo, manager of Aqua and Ruby.
Season 3 will focus on handling the significant obstacles and living their new lives. Aqua seems to have relevant clues that point towards Ryosuke being the killer of his mother. But simultaneously, he feels that his father did this crime. Aqua is a rebellious character, and it would be interesting to see how he manages to find the real culprit and punish him. Ruby wants to become an idol and make her dead mother proud. Their paths are different, but both have an extreme love for their mother.
