This weekend, for Halloween, Kendall wore a show-stopping costume based on the movie Toy Story.
But it looks like Kendall Jenner’s look has ruffled some feathers, as she has gotten a lot of negative feedback from fans after posting photos on social media.
The 26-year-old model posted to her 262 million Instagram followers. Many of them were upset and wrote in the comments that she was “ruining” the children’s movie.
The star of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” who was dressed as the cowgirl Jessie from the Pixar movie series, made the look sexier.
Kendall wore a pair of cow print chaps over a pair of dark-wash denim hot pants. She also wore a shirt that was cut very short to show off her slim figure.
Jenner quickly changed her raven hair to a copper wig and put Jessie’s trademark Western hat on top.
She also posted a few more photos of the outfit with a few small changes. Instead of the shirt, she wore a Bardot crop top, and she braided her own hair into two braids under the hat.
And even though she felt love from her friends and fans in the comments, many people took the post to say they didn’t like it.
Many people pointed out that the Toy Story movies are made for kids ages five and up and that the costume showed a lot of skin.
‘Why sexualize a character that is for children?? Seriously, why??’ wrote one confused Instagram user.
‘This is ridiculous. It’s Halloween and you’re just sexualising a child’s character,’ wrote another.
Another person said that the look was “hella disrespectful.”
She wore the costume to a costume party in Los Angeles on Saturday night. She went with her sister Kylie, who was dressed as the Bride of Frankenstein.
