Recap of Perry Mason Season 2 Episode 2

In the second episode of the second season, the Gallardo brothers, Mateo and Rafael, have been arrested and charged with the murder of Brooks McCutcheon. D.A. Hamilton Burger has put his best man, Thomas Milligan, on the case. The Gallardo family approached Perry and Della. After initially refusing to take the case, both eventually decided to do so, especially after Perry broke into the impound lot where Brooks’s car was being stored and discovered that the bullet trajectory didn’t match the official story. Perry and Paul also snuck aboard Brooks’s struggling casino ship and were forced to fight off some of Detective Holcomb’s goons before making a public escape. Meanwhile, the McCutcheon trigger man, Crippen, is quickly stacking up bodies.
