The PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds which was released in December 2017 has been dominating the world of online games since April 2018. And the real reason why PUBG has become incredibly popular is as the game can also be played in mid-range smartphones.
When the rumours started circulating regarding the release of Player Unknown’s Battleground to come to the PlayStation 4, most of the gamers had doubts whether it is true or not. And as of now, all the doubts have been cleared, and PlayStation 4 gamers can take a sigh of relief to know that PUBG is indeed coming to PlayStation 4 console and the game will be released worldwide next month on 7th of December 2018.
PUBG is a battle-royale third-person shooter game where a hundred players are dropped into a map, like literally, and they have to fight for their survival. The game hunt or be hunted lets players to explore the map and loot weapons and armour. To play PUBG on PlayStation 4, the PlayStation gamers are required to subscribe to PlayStation Plus. The winner of the game is decided by the player who has survived the session and will be awarded an elusive Chicken Dinner.
PlayStation Blog revealed that PUBG which is set to release on 7th of December would feature three iconic maps like Miramar, Erangel and Sanhok. The most awaited snow-themed map is also coming to PUBG this winter. Pre-order has already begun for PlayStation 4 in the PlayStation Store.
