Rescued from the streets of Brazil, Lana is a pup full of generosity and has won over countless hearts with her deed. She was adopted by Suelen Schaumloeffel and her husband when she was an 8-month-old puppy. After being picked up from the streets, Lana didn’t forget what it is like to live there.
Temperature plummets in night at this time of the year in Brazil, so Suelen and her husband bought their puppy a big nice cozy blanket.
When her dad was leaving the house, he noticed something heartwarming. Lana had dragged her blanket and was lying near the fence to share her blanket with a stray dog who was cold.
Suelen was amazed by her puppy’s act of kindness
“I thought, ‘How beautiful what she did for her friend…My best four-legged friend reminded me of something so important: generosity! We forget sometimes the difference we can make in someone’s life. She reminded me of this.”
The couple was familiar with the homeless dog. So they tried to look for a tag on the dog, but the dog ran away.
This proves that Lana has an alluring soul. She still cares about the dogs that are homeless and hasn’t forgotten her roots.
Suelen shared her pup’s good deed on Facebook
Lana’s parents shared a photo of her sharing her warm blanket with the dog on Facebook. The post received a lot of generous comments. No one could ignore the sight and realize that it’s so touching.
Suelen wrote on Facebook,
“Seeing the friend without a home and cold, Lana did not hesitate to share the blanket. She took it to the fence and offered a piece to her friend. Each on one side of the fence, but both warm. I swear that when I saw this record I was moved. I was so overwhelmed by her generosity!”
As per Lana’s wish, Suelen leaves food and water for her street friends. Unfortunately, the homeless dog still tries to run away from her when she tries to approach him. The couple is hoping to find a home for the stray.
