When Ralphie bought his official Red Ryder air rifle with a carbine action and a 200-shot range, it was the last time something this big happened.
A scene from the movie “A Christmas StoryChristmas,” the sequel to “A Christmas Story,” came out on October 17. It’s full of memories and gives us a look at Ralphie as an adult. The movie shows Ralphie’s first Christmas as an adult with his family.
In the first movie, Ralphie listened to “Little Orphan Annie” on the radio. In the first shot of the teaser, which starts with a shot of a car parked in front of Ralphie’s house from the 1983 movie, you can see the radio that Ralphie used to listen to the show. After this, there is a change to a shot inside the house.

Ralphie’s brother Randy screams in the first movie that he can’t put his arms down because their mother wrapped him in too many clothes. Ralphie’s mother had put too many things on him.
There is also a picture of the well-known leg lamp.
Ralphie’s dad, also known as the Old Man, says in a voiceover, “Fra-gi-le.” “That must be Italian,” while mispronouncing the word “fragile” that he saw on a crate when a fixture was being shipped to their house.
The next thing we see is a black-and-white photo of Ralphie and his friends. In the background, we can hear his friend Flick freaking out because he just realized that his tongue is stuck on a flagpole.
The teaser then shows what looks like an extreme close-up of an adult Ralphie smiling. He is wearing the same style of glasses he wore in the first movie. Then a clip of him saying “Oh, fudge” plays, but we all know that he didn’t actually say “fudge.”
The video ends with a flashback to the department store, where Santa Claus is shown stomping his foot on Ralphie and saying “Ho, ho, ho” in a mean way.
The holiday special “A Christmas Story Christmas,” which is said to take place in the 1970s when Ralphie brings his family to the house where he spent his childhood Christmases, will be available to stream on HBO Max on November 17.
