A real-life dog that has a lot of resemblance to the popular cartoon dog, Snoopy, is getting a lot of attention on social media.
Bayley, an American sheepadoodle, has a lot of the same markings as Snoopy, a very well-known cartoon dog from Charles M. Schulz’s Peanuts comic strip.
Even though Snoopy is a beagle and Bayley is a mix of an old English sheepdog and a miniature poodle, many people on social media have pointed out how much they look alike. One person wrote:

Bayley, who is two years old, has the same long face as Snoopy. She has a white face, a black muzzle, a round black nose, and floppy black ears that are typical of the cartoon character.
The doppelganger dog has over 160,000 Instagram followers because her owner posted cute pictures of Bayley with bunny ears for Easter.
But most of the comments are about how much she looks like Snoopy.

In October 1950, Snoopy made his first appearance in the Peanuts comic strip.
He was often in the comics and movies with the character Charlie Brown. The Peanuts Movie, which came out in 2015, was the most recent one.
The original comic strip ran from 1922 until 2000, when its creator, the American Charles M. Schulz, passed away at the age of 77.
He had said he was leaving the business, and the February 13 strip would be his last. Sad to say, he passed away the day before it came out.
But Snoopy’s popularity hasn’t gone away, and the character is still often seen on merchandise and mentioned in TV shows and movies today.
