The wait for Rick and Morty Season 4 continues to grow. The third season ended in October 2017 – and the show has been missing since then! However, it appears that this is the last time that we are seeing such a long break between the two seasons.
Justin Roiland, the creator of the show, said that there will no longer be long breaks between the seasons! Let us take a closer look at this:
Rick and Morty Season 4 – Last Season with a Long Break
Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland said that the show will now be coming out at regular season-breaks. Up until now the show’s release was largely unpredictable. However, it is going to get more streamlined following Rick and Morty Season 4.
Roiland said:
”Harmon is in great spirits, we have a great writer’s room. We want the episodes to stay good, but we do also want to try to turn them around a little quicker now that we have this big order, I think it gives us the ability to be faster.”
70 More Episodes for Rick and Morty!
One of the reasons why the creators of the show decided to get more organized is that they know that they have seventy more episodes ahead of them! The show was recently renewed for 70 episodes by Adult Swim. Not only would this mean regular seasons, but perhaps also more episodes per season for Rick and Morty.
