Ryan Reynolds is back again with another comedy skit and this time, he summoned the fandom of “The Office,” recreating a particular scene featuring Randall Park. To promote his new film IF (Imaginary Friends), starring Cailey Fleming, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Awkwafina, Vince Vaughn, and many more A-list celebrities, Ryan Reynolds posted a behind-the-scene video where Randall Park appears as director John Krasinski.
Ryan Reynolds Recreates “The Office” Scene, Featuring Randall Park
The comedy skit was posted on the official YouTube channel of “Paramount Pictures,” where Ryan casually starts talking about his upcoming film “IF (Imaginary Friends).” The video then features Randall, who poses as the film’s director, John Krasinski, and identifies himself as Reynolds’ co-star.
This hilarious comedy skit was to recreate and honor the long-running Sitcom show, “The Office.” The small act featured the scene from an episode of season 9, where Randall had the same role of impersonating the character of Jim Halpert, played by none other than John Krasinski, in the show.

In the episode, Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson) was perplexed by a prank in which an Asian person (Randall Park) impersonated Jim Halpert, to the point where the character went on to fulfill Jim’s office responsibilities, kissing Jim’s wife, Pam (Jenna Fischer), and even displaying a framed picture of their family.
Fans were amazed and delighted by the reenactment of “The Office” scene, and few believed it was John Krasinski’s idea. Ryan was perplexed by Park’s portrayal of John and began asking him questions about his wife’s name and where he was born. Randall Park responded correctly to both questions, but Reynolds refused to trust him. To that bewilderment, Randall Park begins revealing the behind-the-scenes of the upcoming film, “IF.”
Imaginary Friends (IF): Cast and Crew, and All About It
