Google has moved this year from the conventional naming of Android from confectionary-based names and will simply call in Android 10 instead of Android Q. Pixel devices have already started to receive the Android 10 updates and very soon Samsung Galaxy mobiles will also be on the list. Samsung Galaxy Android 10 Release Date
Samsung has been already testing out the Android 10 update in the Galaxy S10 series and Galaxy Note 10 series in the manufacturer development mode. Even the little bit older phones such as Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9 are also tested for Android 10, which means the process is going at a fast pace.
As per the reports, Android 10 beta for Samsung devices will be out in October and the official updates will be released in late November or early December after thorough testing. While some models have to wait more as it may take them the year 2020 because Samsung completes Android rollout over several months.

Android 10 version in Samsung Galaxy devices will be totally different as compared to the Google Pixel because it uses the One UI from their own company. It is also reported that a new version for the One UI called One UI 2.0 will be out with the Android 10 update.
