Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus To Get Android Pie
The Android Pie OS update was launched in Q3 2018. It started with the Pixel smartphones – and eventually, many major devices are now on the latest Android OS. However, Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus getting the official Android Pie update is out of the question. This is where custom ROMs are effective.
LineageOS is a custom ROM which allows the users to install their customized Android software on Android smartphones. The latest LineageOS update is LineageOS 16, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie OS. LineageOS 16 is now available for the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus (LTE-A) smartphones.
