Things are favorable for Sean McVay. In the NFL History, he is considered to be the youngest head coach at the age of 30 and won the Coach of the year in his first season.
Los Angeles Rams are currently 8-0 and appears to be the Super Bowl winners. Considering his achievements,Vegas has chosen McVay as the next full time coach for Cleveland Browns. Browns had to take this decision because for past 2.5 years, they have very small winning history of 4.5 wins. That is the major reason for McVay being chosen as the next head coach of Browns.
