Boruto Manga has been publishing only one chapter each month since it began publishing in 2016. Even after Kishimoto took over the plot line of the manga in chapter 52, fans have been hoping that the manga will switch to weekly publishing same as its predecessor, Naruto. Read on to find out more reasons as to why this should happen, according to fans.
Boruto manga should go for weekly releases
Boruto manga’s new phase, Two Blue Vortex, is all set to be released on August 20th, 2023, and fans are excited to see their favorite character glow up into an adult. One thing the fans have been asking for a long time is the change of schedule for the Boruto manga releases. Ever since Kishimoto’s return to the manga, fans have been expecting it to start publishing weekly instead of monthly.
What if Kishimoto and Ikimoto are looking for assistances for weekly boruto manga… As u can see Vjump introduced mobile version of Vjump, u don't need to wait a month for magazine and mangakas could publish their mangas weekly?!

Fans are eager as they have to wait a whole month for a new chapter to be published. This does take the fun out of the manga experience, especially since most Boruto fans are Naruto fans who are used to weekly publishes. Boruto manga is going at a slow rate with only a few panels published every month. The plot can only progress so little.
The Boruto anime has a different plot line from the manga since it was ahead of the manga at the time of airing. With monthly releases, the anime will have to either go completely different from the manga or wait a year or more so that it can go along with the manga without any differences. This means anime-only fans will not be seeing their favorite character on screen anytime soon.
We do not get boruto anime. Boruto anime got some filler episodes or filler episodes got boruto anime.

However, whether a manga should be published weekly or monthly depends on various factors, such as the complexity of the story, artwork production, and the author’s preferences. Ultimately, it is a decision made by the publisher and the creators based on what they believe is best for the manga’s quality and schedule.
It ultimately will depend on Shonen Jump to change this decision, and so far, it does not seem likely that the manga will be published weekly instead of monthly.
