Spy x Family Season 2 got a green signal, and hopefully, we will get a glimpse of the trailer this year.
The spy-comedy anime series has gained popularity with fans, notably little Anya Forger, the show’s child telepath and one of its main protagonists.

A spy with the codename “Twilight” is told to build a fictitious family to carry out his job, Operation Strix. He meets Anya Forger and adopted her right away without realizing that she is a kid telepath and consents to be in a marriage with a skilled assassin. Together they “build the family.”
Created by Tatsuya Endo, Spy x Family has garnered a huge fan base and has nearly sold over 30 million copies making it one of the best-selling manga series. It was later adapted into an anime series produced by Wit Studio and Cloverworks, which premiered on Tokyo TV in April 2022 and later was licensed to stream online all over the world by Crunchyroll.
Spy x Family Season 2: Everything you need to know!
Spy x Family Season 1 wrapped up on December 2022 with its final episode. The previous season was split into two parts, adapting the first 37 chapters of the manga. The first part aired from April 09, 2022, to June 25, 2022. The second part of the series aired from October 1st, 2022 to December 24, 2022.
The last episode, titled “First Contacted,” concluded with Loid Forger finally meeting his target, “Donovan Desmond,” after he snuck into the school’s event.
Spy x Family Season 2 was officially announced in Jump Festa 2023. Season 2 will pick up from Chapter 38, covering the Imperial Scholar Mixer arc. According to the manga, a new mission for Twilight might entail joining a political party. In Spy x Family Season 2, we might also see Anya struggling to hide her telepathy powers while facing challenges and gaining new friends.
Season 2 might also split into two parts like the previous season premiering 25 episodes. Although, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
Spy x Family Season 2: Release Date
There hasn’t been any official confirmation for the exact release date of Season 2, but the official Twitter handle of Spy x Family suggests that Spy x Family Season 2 will be out in October 2023.
Meanwhile, a Spy x Family spin-off movie titled “Spy x Family Code: White” is in the works and is scheduled to release in December 2023. A short teaser trailer was released by Toho Animation recently.
