Alice Suki Waterhouse was born on 5 January 1992 in Hammersmith, London. Her childhood was spent in Chiswick, London, with her parents Elizabeth and Norman Waterhouse. Elizabeth worked as a cancer care nurse while Norman was a plastic surgeon.
Alice has two siblings, an elder brother named Charlie and two younger sisters, Madeleine and Imogen. Both of her sisters are in the modeling industry, with Imogen also pursuing acting.

At the age of 16, Suki Waterhouse’s modeling journey commenced when she was spotted in London, either at a Topshop or H&M store. Three years later, she landed a lingerie modeling gig at Marks & Spencer.
