Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has been relocated from the federal structures of Brooklyn after being allegedly threatened with death.
According to the New York Post, the real name of Tekashi is Daniel Hernandez, was allegedly removed from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park. After being arrested on Sunday, he was detained in the general population.
Lance Lazarus, Hernandez’s lawyer, told the media he was not sure where his client had been taken, but noticed that he had been arrested by the prison administration on Wednesday evening.
A magistrate told the judge on Monday the that former members of the rapper tried to hurt the 6ix9ine after accusing them of turning to him. According to TMZ, the federal authorities arrested the rapper after learning that he was planning to go to a casino in Connecticut, and that the target on him could put the others at risk.
A judge stated during the hearing that there was evidence that he had directed or participated in many acts of violence in the last eight months.
“The defendant is very violent”, the American assistant lawyer Michael Longyear spoke of 6ix9ine.
Prosecutors accused the 22-year-old 69 of publicly declaring himself a member of the 9 Trey Bloods, New York violent gang, whom he talked about during the indictment.
It is said that the gang has murdered, robbed and drugged in Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn at least since 2013.
The rapper is said to have participated in an episode of catwalk shooting in Brooklyn in July, as well as a robbery of his opposition gang last spring. If he is found guilty, he will have to face 32 years in prison.
6ix9ine pleaded guilty to misconduct in the Brooklyn Criminal Court due to a traffic jam in May. In the case of 2015, he was sentenced to probation because he was involved in a porn video of a 13-year-old girl.
