Tekashi69, rapper and musician was ordered on Friday that he will be serving four years under probation as he made explicit sexual videos of an underage girl. According to the reports of The New York Time, Tekashi69 has to complete a community service term of 1,000 hours.
Back in 2015, the rapper who is legally known as Daniel Hernandez was reportedly arrested after the video of him having sex with a 13-year old girl resurfaced.
Back in 2015, in late February, the defendant has participated in sexually violating a child according to the prosecutor Sara Weiss. “At the time of the encounter, Daniel Hernandez also created sexually explicit videos of the sexual act. The defendant rapper was filmed fondling the breasts of the child and smacked her on her buttocks when she was getting penetrated orally and vaginally at the same time.
Back in 2015, Hernandez was 18 years old.
According to the documents of the court, The defendant has to know about the character and the content has employed, induced and authorised a child who was less than 17 years old to engage in a sexual encounter. Being the legal guardian, parent and the custodian of the child, the defendant has consented in participating of a child in a sexual contact.
Back in October 2015, Daniel Hernandez was pleaded guilty of using a child in sexually. The court has ordered Tekashi69 to serve a probation time which is a part of a plea agreement that in turn made him get GED and to seek mental health treatment for a duration of two years. After the incident, Hernandez was also prohibited from posting any sexually explicit videos or images of children or women.
The prosecutors had pushed the case to enlist harsher punishment for the rapper after Hernandez was arrested twice in 2018 after he smacked a 16-year-old fan at a shopping mall in Texas.
