Elon Musk shared the first look of Cybertruck with the world last November and it was in headlines for every major publication. The cyberpunk-themed vehicle was criticized for many for its absurd design but the number of people who liked it and made an order have proved them wrong.

Tesla has not shared any official number on how much pre-orders the Cybertruck has received, but the estimates say that around 500,000 advance bookings have been made for all the Tesla Cybertruck configurations. Tesla CEO Elon Musk himself shared on Twitter that they have received 146,000 pre-orders in just two days since the Cybertruck’s reveal and then updated the number to 187,000 and later to 250,000 on November 26, 2019.

Tesla Cybertruck will be covered in ultra-hard cold-rolled 30x stainless steel and an armored glass with a polymer-layered component. The EPA for Cybertruck is at 250+ miles, with a promised towing capacity of more than 7,500 lbs. The cyberpunk-themed electric pickup truck from Tesla can accelerate from 0 to 60mph in just less than 6.5 seconds.
Tesla pre-orders are now open at $100 which are fully refundable as the complete specs and features configurations are yet not out. Tesla Cybertruck is slated to release in late 2020 and will have the following prices for the three variants.
