The Flash season 6, one of the most in-demand series of 2018, confirms its renewal. As the season 6 release status was certain, the actual release happening isn’t a surprise for many.
With very few details available about the upcoming installment, the show is anticipated to make a comeback in late 2019. However, there are no official reports available about the exact release date.
The Flash Season 6 and Arrowverse series
The official reports have already confirmed the return of Arrrowverse series. Although the release date is unpredictable, the Arrowverse series is assumed to air in September.
The previous five seasons of the series were released in October; hence it is very likely for the upcoming series to follow the same pattern. Followed by the arrival of The Flash season 6 in fall 2019.
The Flash season 6 storyline
Todd Helbing, The Flash Showrunner, has been a core of the series since its beginning. He has been reportedly stepped down as a Showrunner and is likely to be taken over by Eric Wallace.
Eric Wallace is the executive producer of the series since the fourth installment.

The plot of The Flash wasn’t revealed yet but Tod Helbing noted that the storyline of the series has been suggested in the previous season. He claimed to be dropping “Easter eggs,” about the upcoming season, in the latter half of the previous season.

The cast and the crew revelations
The Flash season 6 is expected to have some changes in the cast of the show. Grant Gustin is expected to be back as Barry Allen aka The Flash. Candice Patton is also hoped to return as Iris West.
Carlos Valdes is rumored to not return for the role of Cisco. He has reportedly quit the series to continue his career in the Broadway.
Additionally, The Flash season 6 is expected to feature Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin and Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne.
Meanwhile, Jesse L Martin and Tom Cavanagh will reprise their roles as Joe West and Harrison Wells.
