In a recent teaser Netflix has revealed that the Second season of Netflix’s Marvel’s The Punisher is going to premier sometime in next year’s January. The news has come out after a year which announced that there will be a second season of the show of Marvel on Netflix.
There will be some new cast members who will join Jon Bernthal’s portrayal of the anti-hero such as Floriana Lima, Josh Stewart and Giorgia Whigham.
Stewart is going to reprise John Pilgrim role in the second season of the Punisher who by some sort of co-incidence has crossed path with The Punisher aka Frank Castle. Meanwhile Lima is going to play the role of a caring psychotherapist named Krista Dumont who dedicated her life in helping the war veterans. And Giorgia Whigham will portray the role of a skillfully efficient swindler named Amy Bendix.
Jeph Loeb, the Executive Producer and Marvel Television’s head told back in February that Floriana, Josh and Giorgia are quite remarkable and talented people and people can’t get enough of these actors in The Punisher’s second season.
Jason R. Moore, Ben Barnes and Amber Rose Revah are all set to return for their respective roles.
