The Sims 5 game could release in the next year or the makers are seriously out of their mind if they abandon the next title of their best selling game franchise. Last year, EA Games didn’t make an appearance in the E3 2019 event and started their own event called EA Play. While fans of the life simulation game series were expecting the launch of ‘The Sims 5’ in EA Play 2019, nothing of that sort happened.
Yay the exam week is finally over. So, is The Sims 5 already released?

EA and Maxis, the game developers didn’t reveal a single bit of information about the next Sims series game. However, there are some rumors which state that ‘The Sims 5’ game is kept a secret and the first trailer with information on release date and gameplay will be presented at EA Play 2020.
The Sims 5 Trailer Launch at EA Play 2020
Fans are hoping that EA Play 2020 will bring in the good news and their favorite game, ‘The Sims 5’ will be announced at the company expo. EA could come with some sort of teaser, trailer or even full gameplay reveal for ‘The Sims 5’ in the EA Play 2020 program in June next year. If the makers are working on the game and have kept it a secret, they should be praised as it will make the surprise reveal much better.
Keanu Reeves coming on stage at E3 2019 and announcing his role in Cyberpunk 2077 was a breathtaking moment, a similar thing can be done by EA when they announced the fifth game in The Sims franchise. The next EA program called EA Play 2020 will take place in June 2020 and tickets will be available from March, make sure to book them in advance before they are sold out.
The Sims 5 Release Date, Gameplay, New Features
The Sims 5 game could have some cool new features and expansion packs such as parenthood, seasons, university life, and there are also speculations that pets and farm animals could make a return.
EA could release the game in late 2020 or early 2021 if the reports are said to be true. There are also plans to introduce virtual reality (VR) support in ‘The Sims 5’ game and it would come in the stairs configuration mode.
