When you look at an optical illusion, like a curved line that is actually straight or a moving object that is still, you might think you are seeing things. You start to think that your eyes are tricking you. You’re not seeing things. An illusion shows that you don’t always see what you think you do. This is because of how your brain and whole visual system receive and interpret an image.
And now, in the age of Photoshop, we see all kinds of photos that have been altered. Most of the time, when we see what went on behind the scenes of a photo, we can’t believe what we’re seeing because the before and after of a photo are so different.
