At a recent event put on by The Wrap, Tim Allen told people that religion will be a big part of the new six-part series that started streaming last week.
It originally had a lot of otherworldly characters and ghosts and goblins. I said, ‘No, this is Christ-mas. Its Christ-mas. It literally is a religious holiday,
he reportedly said.
We don’t have to blow trumpets, but I do want you to acknowledge it — that’s what this is about. If you want to get into Santa Claus, you’re gonna have to go back to history, and it’s all about religion.

People won’t understand what Allen means until the show’s last few episodes. But Allen said that the writers of the show found a “brilliant way” to include religion in the story.
It’s really wonderful. They took a chance, and we did it really well,
Allen said.
One of the dialogues has already criticized The Santa Clauses for a line of dialogue that Allen’s character that says:
Saying Merry Christmas to all has suddenly become problematic!
Breitbart News reported that Tim Allen recently criticized Disney for replacing him as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story spin-off movie Lightyear, which didn’t do well at the box office.
Recently, the actor was criticized on social media for tweeting a joke about President Joe Biden’s memory loss. After Biden’s terrible interview with 60 Minutes on CBS News in September, Allen made a joke:
Biden was on 60 Minutes. I heard he asked how long the show was.
