Tim Burton is bringing his artwork to Las Vegas after it became a huge success in 2009 when it was featured in the Museum of Modern Art’s show in New York.
Las Vegas Weekly has reported that the first U.S. Burton’s art exhibit in almost a decade will take place in Neon Museum, Downtown starting 15 October 2019 till 15 February 2020.
The artwork of Tim Burton will be featuring previously displayed as well as new large scale work of the celebrated animator, author and filmmaker. The artwork will be showcased in such a way that it will take full advantage of the outdoor and indoor spaces of the Neon Museum.
The show is a site specific collaboration between the artist and the Museum. The show will reflect upon the creative legacy of the filmmaker as well as his love for the Neon Boneyard, which also became popular during the 1996 comedy Mars Attacks memorable sequence.

Since the very beginning, Tim Burton has been capturing everyone’s heart from the spectacular “Edward Scissorhands” to the delirious “Dark Shadows”. His artwork has took the audience to the depths of imagination.
Tim Burton’s artistic world is full of contradictions, light and dark, welcoming and frightening, tender and cruel. He speaks his heart through his art. He has been a compulsive drawer throughout his life and it’s the best way for him to communicate his ideas and feelings to the world.
Burton has often mentioned that drawing helps him to focus and unleash his imagination.
