Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
One of the most awaited game this year is the classic Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, which is the finest military based game. Although there was a COD game of the same name released in 2007, the current version is totally different. COD Modern Warfare is more of the retelling of the events in the current environment and how much things are changed today.
Activision and Infinity Ward are all out for the promotion of their latest Call of Duty game. The release date for Modern Warfare is October 25, 2019, and it will also be cross-playable on Xbox One and PCs.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
For all the Star Wars fans, Respawn Entertainment of EA games is out with the latest Star Wars game. The new game is titled Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and will be set after the events of the movie Revenge of the Sith. It takes place in the Star Wars world after Darth Vader kills all the Jedis.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be a single player third-person game where you play as a young Jedi named Cal Kestis. The real game starts when the Empire founds that you are a Jedi and you have to evade capture while fighting for your life in droid battles, lightsabers duels and use the powers of force. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be released on November 15, 2019, on PS4.
CyberPunk 2077
Cyberpunk 2077 is also a much-awaited RPG developed by CD Projekt which takes place in a future cyberpunk setting. It became a fan favorite when it was revealed that the John Wick star Keanu Reeves has voiced a character and even performed motion capture for the game.
The trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 surprised everyone when Keanu’s character comes on screen and tells about burning a city. Set after 57 years of the events of Cyberpunk 2020, the game serves as a direct sequel. Keanu Reeves himself came on the stage to announce that Cyberpunk 2077 will release on April 16, 2020.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is the latest from Ubisoft games which serve as a sequel to the 2017 Ghost Recon: Wildlands. The makers have said that Breakpoint will be different than the last game and will adopt a much darker tone. It will be set in the forests of New Zealand, where you have to fight with Auroras.
Things turn out ugly when you realize that Skell technology is using AI drones to hunt your team. The breakpoint will feature a new group called Wolves who are as skilled as Ghosts in the Tom Clancy world. The game would require you to use stealth and survival techniques. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint will release on October 4, 2019, for PS4, Xbox One, and PCs.
FIFA 20, Madden 20
FIFA 20 is also finally coming out this year, with more realistic gameplay. EA is very popular for most of its sports game, and FIFA 20 is the next big thing. The makers have revealed that most of the gameplay will be manual so that the players feel like they are really playing the game. FIFA 20 will be released on September 27, 2019, on PS4 and PCs.
The NFL game Madden 20 is also coming out this year and EA has improved it a lot. Madden 20 will feature new mechanics, story settings, career mode, and a lot more. Players will now be able to create their own NFL Quarterback and take it from college to professional levels. Madden 20 is coming out on August 2, 2019, for PS4 and PCs.
