Early Life
Lockett was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 28, 1992. He was a multi-sport athlete during his time at Booker T. Washington High School. Along with basketball, he also excelled in football and track and field.
In his second year with the Booker T. Washington Hornets, Lockett led the team to victory in both football and basketball, winning the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) championship.
