Donald Trump is the most socially active President of the world. Claiming AP News as fake, slamming Democrats about immigrations are some of his favorite pass times. But, he never tweets out any good news. Like, he hasn’t yet tweeted the fact that U.S is back again on the top of the most competitive country in the world.
According to the World Economic Forum, US has regained the distinction of the most competitive country in the world after a decadelong.
This is a result of a study which takes in account 98 indicators to determine how competitive a country is.
“Economic recovery is well under way, with the global economy projected to grow almost 4% in 2018 and 2019,”
said the report.

Following US on the list of Global Competitiveness Index 4.0 are Singapore, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, UK, Sweden and Denmark.
There are factors which could keep the U.S. holding on to the rank. The trade war between the U.S. and China could put a lid on the growth too. The report too warned about the fact that the “recovery remains vulnerable to a range of risks and potential shocks.”
