Khabib Nurmagomedov is heading into the Khabib vs Poirier match as an undefeated beast. With a win-loss streak of 27-0, no MMA fighter has ever been able to conquer Khabib. However, this time, he has a problem. And Poirier isn’t the problem! The looming threat of a McGregor rematch is what Khabib should be worried about.
Given that he defeated Conor McGregor at their last encounter in 2018, McGregor has since been looking for a rematch. It will be interesting to see what Khabib has to say in his post-match statements.
I can't handle Khabib/Poirier anymore. It needs to happen already.

UFC 242: Khabib vs Poirier – Who Wins The Match?
Khabib vs Poirier is expected to be won by the undefeated Russian, who is likely to extend his winning streak to 28-0. Betting odds have also heavily favored Khabib Nurmagomedov in this fight and it doesn’t seem like the odds are going to shift much!
Poirier has been very impressive lately, having defeated the likes of Holloway, Alvarez, Pettis and Gaethje on the trot, but now that he faces Khabib for the unification of the UFC lightweight championship, it seems very unlikely that he is going to win this time!
Some beautiful news for my European friends-The main card of UFC 242(Khabib v Poirier) will start at 7PM British/Irish time.
