UFC 244: Why Might Diaz vs Masvidal Get Cancelled?
Jorge Masvidal has had a long career in UFC and over the years he has picked up several injuries. It appears that one of these injuries has aggravated (most likely his knee) which might lead to him being pulled out of the UFC 244 main event. As of now the exact extent of his injury remains unknown – but if it is serious enough for him to be not able to participate, the announcement will be made sometime before UFC 243.
This will be a huge disappointment for many if Masvidal plans to pull out. He had the support of a lot of fans, including one Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who even confirmed that he will be attending UFC 244 at Madison Square Garden to watch this fight.
