Conor McGregor is arguably the biggest star that UFC has created till date. The billionaire fighter is now an entrepreneur but he continues to make occasional appearances inside the Octagon! He has been away since the events of UFC 229, following which both he and Khabib Nurmagomedov were handed a ban. However, The Irishman is now eyeing a comeback.
He has been teasing a comeback for quite a while now – but it now appears that he is close to a comeback and a date has been finalized! Conor McGregor’s UFC return might happen at UFC 245
Love how some of the MMA community view Conor McGregor as some joke now. When he comes back and puts everything into perspective like he done before. It will be that much sweeter.

McGregor Teases Comeback at UFC 245!
Earlier this year Dana White had commented that a McGregor comeback is imminent and he is expected to return ‘later this year’. McGregor has now tweeted “Dublin, December 14th.” without any context. This perhaps hints at the fact that he is going to make a return to the Octagon at UFC 245, which takes place at the same date.
In interviews in the past, McGregor has shown interest in returning and has said he wants Khabib, but is willing to face anyone who is good enough. Given that UFC 243 Whittaker vs Adesanya and UFC 244 Masvidal vs Diaz are packed, there is a good chance McGregor will choose UFC 245 to stage his much-awaited comeback.
Dublin, December 14th.

Is it Going to be McGregor vs Poirier 2 at UFC 245?
All signs point at the fact that it is indeed going to be Conor McGregor vs Dustin Poirier 2 at UFC 245. Poirier too, has been calling out McGregor over Twitter and the two had a brief Twitter interaction where McGregor reminded ‘The Diamond’ that he knocked him out in the first round the last time they met. Now that McGregor is eyeing a return, it will be McGregor vs Poirier 2 to start his journey back!
