Known to be a tough man, Khabib Nurmagomedov showed a tender side to his personality recently when he said that he ‘hates’ his sport because all it is about is beating up people. This statement from Khabib came after the recent news that Russian Boxer Maxim Dadashev died in the ring at age 28.

While Khabib is yet to say anything officially, the death of Maxim Dadashev is likely to have a major impact on him as he was his fellow countryman. Nevertheless, Khabib is slated to face Dustin Poirier at UFC 242 – and this is where Conor McGregor is likely to challenge him for a Khabib vs McGregor rematch.
