Verizon has been expanding its 5G coverage and with that comes the launch of the flagship Samsung Galaxy S10 5G edition.
The largest wireless carrier announced on Thursday that it will be taking preorder for the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G.

What’s new in the Verizon’s Samsung Galaxy S10 5G?
First of all, Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is the first phone with integrated 5G hardware. Last year Moto Z3 got the 5G capability but using the external moto mods.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G will sport the same processor and software like its siblings, but the 5G packs a larger 6.7 AMOLED display. The battery size has increased by 400 mAh and now the phone packs 4500 mAh worth of juice.
The camera setup has also got an upgrade and now it uses six camera lenses in total and a Time of Flight sensor. Time of Flight sensor is used to provide depth effects in the photos.
Price of Samsung Galaxy S10 5G
Verizon has priced the 256 GB variant of the phone at $1300 and a 512 GB version will cost you $1,500.
If you pre-order the phone then you will also get VIP kit which will include a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds, a wireless charging power bank, and a water bottle.
Release Date of Samsung Galaxy S10
As mentioned by popular leaker Evan Blass the phone is officially confirmed to be released on 16th of May 2019.

Verizon’s 5G Deployment
The carrier had said that it is planning to deploy its 5G network in more than 30 US cities by end of the year.
Verizon also revealed the name of the cities where the 5G service is already active.
The cities are Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Charlotte, Cleveland, Columbus, Des Moines, Dallas, Detroit, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Little Rock, Memphis, Phoenix, Providence, Salt Lake City, San Diego City, and Washington DC.
