Victoria Beckham has been told she will ‘never age again’ after ‘stopping the clock’ with a £2000 laser skin treatment.
The 48-year-old fashion designer revealed on Instagram on Saturday that she had recently undergone resurfacing at Ghavami Plastic Surgery in Los Angeles.
Laser resurfacing is a sophisticated skin rejuvenation treatment that seeks to eliminate fine lines and wrinkles, tighten skin, and even out discoloration.
Victoria Beckham discussed her non-surgical treatment with Doctor Ghavami in a video posted on social media, where he promised her that she is “literally not going to age.”
Speaking about Victoria Beckham’s treatment, he said: ‘I mean, we’re not only looking at turning the clock back, but we’re also stopping it now. So you’re not going to age anymore, and you’re done.’

To which Victoria Beckham said: ‘I mean, how good does that sound? Wow.’
According to 2020 predictions from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the average cost of laser skin resurfacing is roughly £2,010 ($2,509) for ablative and £1,100 ($1,445) for non-ablative.
Victoria Beckham also said in the video that she has received 500nm and 2000nm wavelength laser treatments on her skin to renew and tighten it.
Dr. Ghavami claimed he used a combination of semi-ablative treatment, in which the skin’s surface is slightly wounded to regenerate it, and laser therapy to target reds and pigments on the Spice Girl.
‘Victoria is what we call a great canvas, to begin with; she has great bone structure, good skin,’ he explained. The bone structure performs two things. First, it drapes and tents the skin over the bone structure.
‘When you laser it or when you do any treatment that tightens that collagen, it’s going to really be almost boosted. It’s going to have a very powerful effect without a lot of effort.’
Victoria Beckham expressed her delight with her first laser treatment and expressed her want for more, as well as radio frequency treatment.
‘How my skin looked after that last treatment, it’s never looked so good. That’s why I said now I want to do more,’ she said.
Before discussing the therapy, Victoria discussed how she takes care of her skin by eating well, exercising often, and staying hydrated.
She said: ‘So I talk a lot about skin and what I do to make my skin really the best it can be. I talk so much about how important it is to eat the right healthy fats, to drink enough water, to get as much sleep as you can.
‘I talk a lot about skincare. But recently I was in LA and I had a laser treatment with the amazing Doctor Ghavami and I noticed such a difference with my skin.
‘And now I want to know more, I want to educate myself more. I want to know more about lasers. What’s available, what I should be doing, as well as my skincare routine, which is so important.’
Alongside the video, Victoria added in an accompanying caption: ‘Our skin is our largest organ, so it’s important we take as much care of it as possible!
‘Earlier this week I had an incredible laser treatment with @DrGhavami @GPSAesthetics, and I’m back with him today to learn more about keeping my skin healthy, nourished and radiant.

Victoria frequently posts skincare lessons to her Instagram feed and even has her own skincare line, Victoria Beckham Beauty.
She’s also known for her ‘extreme’ diet, which her husband David revealed she eats ‘just grilled fish and veggies.’
Victoria recently said that she also consumes ‘good fat’ in her diet and routinely undergoes detoxes in which she abstains from consuming alcohol.
‘I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to,’ she said.
In other news, Victoria was recently chastised for posting a contentious video on Instagram detailing her beauty routine.
In the video, the actress showed off her own cosmetics collection while emphasizing to followers that she was make-up-free at first.
However, many of her 30.5 million followers flocked to the comments section to express their displeasure that she was wearing no make-up, with one writing: ‘No make-up but 27 filters’.
Filming herself before applying any beauty products, Victoria told the camera: ‘So, I’m here in Paris and I’ve just got out of the shower.
‘I’ve got no make-up on, just my power serum on and my cell rejuvenating moisturiser, so my skin is prepped.’
But many fans didn’t believe the former Spice Girl, as one wrote: ‘She’s my absolute hero and has been since SG’s .. but yes no make up but 27 filters.’
‘I love you but foundation concealer and powder are make up my darling. Ding dong,’ wrote another.
