Military Sleep Method That Went Viral On TikTok
Content creator Justin Augustin’s TikTok video has gone viral which shares tips and tricks to fall asleep within 2 minutes. The viral army sleeping technique is known to have worked for 96% of the people. With rising consumption of social media, binge-worthy streaming content, and the use of screens until late hours, many are suffering from insomnia. In today’s day and age, people who are physically exhausted also find it hard to fall into a peaceful slumber after a long day.
However, Augustin’s video with a title that reads, “Technique to falling asleep in two minutes!” has gone viral with over 3.6 million views and 250,000 likes. He mentions that the video was inspired by AsapSCIENCE’s YouTube video.
Augustin starts the video by explaining the idea of how the military sleep method was created and for what reason. He explains how the technique was created to help soldiers fall asleep in any situation so that they can function properly on the battlefield.
“This technique was developed in the military to allow soldiers to fall asleep at any time, any place – even on the battlefield when the environment is extremely uncomfortable and there’s a lot of noise happening.”
He also stated how the military sleep method has worked for about 96% of people who can fall asleep within minutes.
“Apparently, 96 per cent of people who mastered this technique are actually able to fall asleep within two minutes of shutting their eyes.”
The video shows Augustin sharing instructions about slowly relaxing your muscles from head to toe and releasing tension. It helps release tension in the muscles and mind which further aids in putting one to sleep.
