Avatar 2 is touted to be the most epic movie of this decade, and if you’re wondering when you will be able to stream the James Cameron directorial, we have got the answer.
There are just a few more nights of sleep left until you may return to Pandora. After almost 13 years since Avatar initially debuted in theatres, James Cameron has finally returned with the eagerly awaited sequel to his 2009 masterpiece. When Avatar: The Way of Water debuts on Friday, December 16, the only way to watch it is in a cinema. On Fandango, you can look up a nearby showing. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until it is available for digital platform rental or purchase.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT “AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER” ON DISNEY+?
Avatar: The Way of Water’s streaming debut has not yet been specified. However, Disney usually uploads their films to Disney+ 45 days after their theatrical debut, more precisely, on the Friday following that day. By the beginning of February 2023, we might see Avatar: The Way of Water in the comfort of our homes, thanks to this plan. We could have to wait a little longer if it’s anything like the first Avatar, which ran in theatres for an incredible 34 weeks (238 days).
WILL AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER BE ON HBO MAX OR NETFLIX?
Since Avatar: The Way of Water is not a Warner Bros. production, it will not air on HBO Max. Previously, the firm released its films simultaneously in cinemas and on streaming services. The gap between the theatrical premiere and the online release is now, however, 45 days. Additionally, it’s unlikely that Avatar: The Way of Water will ever appear on Netflix because it will go straight to Disney+ after its cinematic release.
