Fortnite has been the runaway title of the season and became a household name where 100 players jump from a bus on an island and fight till death. The game is available to download on iOS’ app store, it is strangely missing on Android’s Playstore.
From last year the battle-royal has been all the rage with titles like PUBG, COD, and Fortnite.
When Bluehole dropped PUBG Mobile no expected it to be such a big hit dropped it is raking millions.
Epic games the developer and publisher of this also jumped on this bandwagon with a Galaxy exclusive launch of Fortnite.
What is Fortnite?
Fortnite is a battle royale game in which 100 players jump from a bus flying above the island.
Players should parachute to safety and loot weapons and supplies for an incoming fight with other players.
After the initial drop, the zone collapses forcing players to get closer to start the fight.
It is mostly similar to the Fortnite experience you would get on PC, Xbox, and PS4. Epic games have ported all weapons maps and game mechanics to mobile platforms.
There are some mechanics that are preprogrammed to help improve the gameplay like the auto opening of doors and auto pickup of guns and items.
It also comes with aim assist which helps in aiming and shooting on smaller devices. There are some extra buttons to help in building your traps.
Gamers will also get an indicator of shooting and footstep on the map in closer range because audio processing is limited on mobile devices and demands resources.
Fortnite mobile uses a touch-based layout which can be customized. If you are trying to play seriously look up the claw control which helps in faster movements and shooting.
All skins and customization are available on mobile platforms.
Download
Fortnite is available to download on the Apple app store.
Let’s clear one thing up Fortnite is not available on Google play store.
Epic game stated that they want to build a direct relation to the users but it could have more to do with the 30℅ fees.

Why Fortnite is not available on the play store?
Even though Epic Games says it wants to build a direct connection with Fortnite players but its stance with Apple ecosystem suggests something else.
Both Google and Apple charge 30 % on any transaction done in an app available on their platform.
Epic Games might be missing some of the player base due to its absence from Playstore but it is an economically efficient decision.
