Avengers: Endgame was the culmination of 22 MCU movies, which brings the Journey of our favorite Superheros to an end. But is it really over? well not according to the makers, Producer Kevin Feige has told that there will be more movie after Avengers 4.

Avengers 4 or simply Avengers: Endgame after the title reveals, will act as the focal point of MCU, which changes everything. There will be movies before and movies after, but the world is totally changed due to the events of Avengers: Endgame.
Avengers: Endgame Aftermath
Avengers: Endgame dealt with the aftermath of Infinity War, with half of the world snapped away by the Mad Titan Thanos by using the Infinity Gauntlet. The world was affected by losing their loved ones, new teams were formed, Hawkeye became Ronin, Rocket became an Avenger, and Tony was living a peaceful life with Pepper with a daughter on a Farm.
But all this changed by the end of Avengers: Endgame, when Professor Hulk brought everyone back using the Stark Gauntlet. What changes the world now is that it is filled with half of the world population who has no idea about the past 5 years. Everyone who was dusted is now brought back in 2023, while other have experienced the past 5 years of devastation.
Upcoming Movies and Sequels
Spider-Man: Far From Home will follow Peter Parker’s journey of coming back from Space, and going on a trip to Europe with friends. Where he is met with a new ally Mysterio, joined by Nick Fury to defeat the villains called the Eternals.
The upcoming Black Widow movie will be a prequel, which will be set before the time she was working with the shield and the Avengers Team. Emma Watson and David Harbour are rumored to be cast in a negative role with the Y2K Virus being a big plot point.
With James Gunn being hired back by Disney, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 is back on track. It might feature Thor joining the Guardians team, while they search for Gamora and might feature Adam Warlock.
Marvel is working for The Eternals movie which will be set thousands of years in the past. It will feature the Titans, the Elders and the Eternals, Angelina Jolie and Milli Bobby Brown has been rumored to be cast in the movie while Chloe Zhao has been roped in to direct the movie.
With the huge critical and commercial success of the Black Panther movie and appraisal for its racial diversity, a sequel was greenlit just after the release. Original director Ryan Coogler will direct Black Panther 2, and it might feature Namor or Kraven – The Hunter as the main villain, while Michael Jordan’s Killmonger might return.
A sequel to Doctor Strange is also in work, with Benedict Cumberbatch returning as the Sorcerer Supreme. Direct Scott Derickson is back to direct Doctor Strange 2 and it might feature Mordo in a negative role with The Nightmare as the main villain.
Marvel is also reportedly working on the Asian Superhero Shang-Chi who is an extreme martial artist. They are looking for young Asian actors for the titular role and Destin Daniel Creton has been hired to direct the Shang-Chi. It will be an origin movie and most of the action will be practical with minimum CGI effects.
The recently released Captain Marvel will also get a sequel due to positive reviews and crossing the $1 billion mark on box-office. Captain Marvel 2 might be a prequel and it will follow the Adventures of Carol Danvers in Space before Joining the Avengers to fight against Thanos.
Disney+ TV Shows
The Loki TV Series on Disney+ will feature the adventures of Young Loki where he randomly travels to earth at various places to alter the historical events. 2012 Loki from the Avengers running away with the Tesseract might be specially shot in Avengers: Endgame to set up the TV Show.
Wanda and Vision TV show will revolve around their Romantic Relationship, them following in love, after the events of the movie Captain America: Civil War. It will feature their 2 years of running away from the Government while trying to explore their powers, and Vision learning more about Humanity.
A limited Hawkeye TV Series on Disney+ is also rumored to be in making, which will feature Jeremy Renner in the title role, training Kate Bishop to be an archer and might pass the mantle of Hawkeye to her.
After watching Sebastian and Antony’s chemistry in the movie Civil War, fans wanted a spin-off and Disney+ finally made it possible. Falcon and Winter Soldier TV series will release soon which will have the duo’s adventure and dealing with the new threats in the absence of Captain America.
Avengers 5 and More
While there are no current plans for another Avengers movie, it doesn’t mean there won’t be any future Avengers movie. Producer Kevin Feige in an interview revealed that there will be Avengers 5, 6 and more. The current focus is on small team-ups and solo movies, but when the time is right there will be an Avengers 5 movie for sure.
Fantastic Four, X-men and Deadpool?
With the Disney Fox merger, Marvel has now the rights to all its character back except Spider-Man, which brings Fantastic Four, X-men and Deadpool home to MCU. What Marvel does with them will be a thing to see, whether integrates them in the same universe or keep them standalone separately.
While the other characters might be difficult for a crossover, Deadpool with its 4th wall breaking, could easily meet the Avengers and Deadpool 3 might be inside the MCU Universe. Stay tuned to Hiptoro for more Avengers Updates and other news.
