Brian was supposedly brought up by a woman he did not know, who acted as his mother and took him to school. It is thought that his original parents, Bert Mahlon Peppers and Joyce C. Eggert, abandoned him at her doorstep shortly after his birth.

Brian Peppers was born with Crouzon Syndrome, a genetic disorder characterized by certain skull bones fusing before they should, thus inhibiting the skull’s normal growth and creating a face with bulging eyes and abnormal features.
This condition caused skin problems and prevented him from growing properly. His distinct facial features made him an object of mockery and contempt from many people, including his parents.
As he aged, his state of mind declined, and his physical state weakened to the point that he was unable to do anything. Subsequently, he was moved to a nursing facility.
In 1998 Brian Peppers received a great deal of attention after he was found guilty of committing a terrible offense against the nurse who was caring for him. For this, he was placed in the Ohio State electronic offender registry, and the nurse accused him of mistreating her. As punishment, Brian was given thirty days in jail and an additional five years of probation.
In 2005, he experienced a surge in notoriety when YMTD, a popular internet site for memes, began to propagate his pictures in posts related to his misbehavior. People found amusement in his peculiar look; some even altered his face in photos and even created merchandise.

Brian Peppers’ had reached the age of 44 when he was laid to rest in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park in Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, US. Brian’s life was a series of struggles and, to cope, he turned to alcohol.
Ultimately, in 2012, the severity of his drinking resulted in his untimely death, a sorrowful reminder of the hardships faced by those with mental health issues and the need for greater empathy and understanding. He died on February 7, 2012.
