Tomer Capone was born in Holon, Israel, on July 15, 1985. He is the second child of parents who owned a business. He grew up in Rishon LeZion and is actually related to Shay Capon, a notable Israeli filmmaker.
In 2004, after completing high school, Capone was enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces where he served as a soldier and eventually became a squad leader in the 202nd battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade.
When he was 26 years old, he lived in the Hatikva Quarter of Tel Aviv and spent a year studying at The Yoram Loewenstein Performing Arts Studio. During a 2019 interview, he discussed the way his last name is spelled.
