In this role, he spent nearly three years in Baghdad as a project officer for the Iraqi Institute of Peace, where he facilitated conflict resolution efforts and played a key role in securing the release of hostages.
After that, Kingston moved into the financial sector and held positions as an equity analyst at Schroders, a worldwide asset management company, and later as the managing director of Voltan Capital Management until April 2017.
According to the Palace, his current occupation involves investing in developing markets and he serves as a Director at Devonport Capital.
