But sadly, the show is not going to return for Season 6. There was an announcement regarding the same last year; nothing has changed.
Will there be a Spinoff?
Even though Money Heist is not returning for Season 6, fans need not be sad. A Netflix original series is under development and will be based on Berlin’s story played by Pedro Alonso. Titled after the main character himself, ‘Berlin’ is assumed to be a prequel to Money Heist.
The show will undoubtedly feature some new characters and the old ones will also return. Fans will have to wait a little longer for more details.
