A woman who loves surgery so much that she has the world’s largest lips has now set herself a new goal.
Andrea Ivanova, from Sofia, Bulgaria, made headlines for the first time in 2020 when she said she had spent £8,000 to make her lips four times bigger so she could have the biggest pout in the world.

Andrea, who began her transformation in 2018, forks out around £135 for each treatment but admitted she has lost count of how much she has spent over the years.
The philosophy student added that while she probably has one of the biggest pouts in the world, she’ll continue to have more fillers until she’s satisfied with her lips.
Andrea said this about her transformation in 2020,
I like my new lips a lot, it was hard to eat after the injection and two to three days after the procedure gets more difficult.
I feel great to have even more but some doctors think it’s enough, though I still want them bigger. My doctor said he will do more injections for me but said I have to wait for at least two months.
Andrea said she wanted to set a new record because she thought her new lips were beautiful and she loved her new look.
The 25-year-old influencer recently said that she wants to break a new record by having the biggest cheekbones in the world.
I want in addition to the biggest lips in the world, to have some of the biggest cheekbones too,
she said on Instagram.
I’ve had four hyaluronic acid injections in my cheekbones so far, but I will undergo two more within the week. For the healing process, I need to avoid strong pressure on the face for up to three days afterwards.
The model continued,
My aim is to model and gain significant enlargement of them, but of course, I still want bigger lips, too. I will continue with more injections in [both] to make them even bigger.
Andrea has had more than 34 injections to improve her appearance, especially her lips, and she wants more.
A source says that Andrea’s doctors told her that getting more lip fillers could kill her.
She claims several clinics ‘refuse’ to give her more lip fillers, as they are too big and more injections could cause health complications.
Previously, doctors warned her to pay attention to any pain in her mouth, as future procedures could be potentially ‘fatal.’
But Andrea won’t give up. She still wants to get more fillers to make her lips look even bigger than they already are.
My lips are still not big enough and I want them much bigger than now. Every month, I will get more fillers, but I can’t even count how much money I’ve spent in total.
The Bulgarian woman has spent nearly $1,600 on different procedures to make her cheekbones stand out. She says she is happy with how she looks.
There are many negative comments about me everywhere and a lot of people don’t approve of my new enlarged chin either,
said, Andrea.
My face is sharper now, but I like it a lot. Even though my family doesn’t approve of my new look, they have to respect my choice for my change.
She also said that it doesn’t matter to her anymore what people say about her.
I don’t worry about people’s comments, as I have my own taste and views on beauty – I follow them strictly. Each person should satisfy themselves without fearing or worrying about the opinion of others because the meaning of life is to be happy.
