WWE vs AEW has suddenly become the focus of the wrestling world. For the first time in close to 20 years, WWE has a real rival which poses a legitimate threat of outperforming them in the long run. Given that All Elite Wrestling has pulled off a very successful Double of Nothing show and is piling on talent day by day – it will be interesting to see what WWE does in response.

Let us take a closer look at this rivalry and see if the Vince McMahon led WWE is ready for this new competition.
Is Vince McMahon Ready for WWE vs AEW?
Vince McMahon got lucky in the late 90s when he got the help of mega stars like ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin and The Rock to help him combat the competition that WCW posed against them.
However, now that a new competition has emerged and Vince is now into his 70s, claimed by many to be ‘losing his touch’, will he be able to combat this competition successfully? Moreover, several WWE stars are now heading into AEW, which is adding to the WWE’s problems.
Former WWE Stars Join All Elite Wrestling
Most recently, we saw Dean Ambrose (now known as Jon Moxly) join the AEW at the Double or Nothing event. To add to that, Goldust (Dustin Rhodes), Cody Rhodes, as well as a number of other WWE talent and legends like Bret Hart, Billy Gunn, and DDP have joined the rival promotion! This is undoubtedly going to add to Vince’s worries!
