Xbox Series X gaming console could be launched at the upcoming E3 2020 event and Microsoft itself has hinted the possibility. Sony is not participating in the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this year and Nintendo is nowhere close to developing its next Switch device. It leaves us with Microsoft’s upcoming console Xbox Series X which could be revealed at the gaming expo.
Xbox chief Phil Spencer has hinted that they will promote their new console at E3 happening at Los Angeles Convention Center in June 2020. Also, the Twitter activity from the Xbox head suggests that Xbox Series X could be launched to the audience at E3 2020 and they are planning a totally new strategy to market the gaming console.
Xbox Series X will be Launched at E3 2020 Gaming Event
Xbox Boss Phil Spencer talked about Microsoft’s plans for E3 2020 and the titles that will be announced at the expo. Spencer also hinted about a “deep portfolio” of Xbox Game Studios titles without mentioning a single name to appear at the Gaming expo. The Xbox head also said that the console launching this year is very special hinting about the Xbox Series X which will be released later this year.

There are already many rumors saying that the next Xbox console would be revealed at a surprise event and E3 2020 will be the perfect place to do it. CD Projekt Red surprised everyone at E3 2019 with Keanu Reeves announcing Cyberpunk 2077 and Microsoft could the same this year by revealing Xbox Series X.
New Marketing Strategy for Xbox Series X
Xbox Series X marketing once again will be handled by Aaron Greenberg for E3 and they could once again partner with Taco Bell or something like that. Phil Spencer has already said that this year they are going to use a new strategy for the marketing of Xbox Series X and capture the audience from Sony PlayStation 5 and they have hired new staff who is innovative and take risks. Halo Infinite is one of the confirmed games to be launched at E3 2020 and Microsoft might also reveal Xbox Series X at the same platform.
